Q. Do I get a discount if I purchase two of more of the same item for my Bridesmaids?
A. Yes you do. The discount for multiple purchases of the same item is 10% We know that weddings are expensive and the cost goes up the more bridesmaids you have.
Q. Why are you giving this discount?
A. Well look at it this way - you have a tiara, for you the bride. Okay that is not too bad, your budget can cover it. Then your sister wants to be a bridesmaid. Fair enough. You buy an expensive one for yourself and a not so expensive one for her.
But wait, what about your best friend from school? You want her to be a brides maid as well. Now you have to buy two bridesmaids tiaras. Ah, but what about your friend from work? You know you will be her bridesmaid when her time comes. So now thats 3 bridesmaids and 3 bridesmaids tiaras. And so on and so on... Now you can see why we offer multiple same item discount.
Q. How do I get my 10% Discount
A. Simply add two or more of the same item into your cart. E.G. If you wanted two BlueFairy 1206 bridal tiaras add two or more of this to your shopping trolley. The 10% discount does not apply if you bought two different tiaras.
Q. If I cannot decide which bridal tiara to buy, can I buy two tiaras and return the one I have decided not to keep?
A. Yes. However, you must not remove the attached labels and you must return the item undamaged and in saleable condition within seven days.
You will receive a refund minus the original postage costs. Please ensure that no one, including your mum or hairdresser removes the labels because we cannot accept the item back without the labels intact.
Q. How can I see your items?
A. You can view them on our on-line catalog or you can arrange a viewing (by appointment only). We also offer a drop in service where we bring some items to you (hampshire only)
Q. Are your items in stock and ready for delivery?
A. Yes. However popular items go out of stock sometimes. Contact us if you need something urgently we will do our best to get it to you on time
